The just released Goldwin’s FW22 collection combines rational functions needed in the outdoors with Japanese minimal design, reimagining the rationality of layering to enable fast adaptation to weather changing conditions during the season, realizing a sophisticated and unexpected styling. The collection increases the usage of green material, including a new Marine plastic insulation, recycled down, nylon and polyester.
The FW22 look book was shot by Spanish photographer Alex Cascallana, with hyper real imagery that highlights the functional beauty of layering.
The Outdoor range is designed with the purpose of the ultimate comfort in the various outdoor fields. The drop presents a broad spectrum of outerwear that merges new design elements with state-of-the-art textiles and manufacturing techniques, enabling different layering options. The lineup includes shell jackets using GORE-TEX® products built for high altitude and performance, a lightweight insulation range with PRIMALOFT® Black Eco insulation, which can be used in the outdoor scenes as a mid-layer or standalone, and high loft down jackets with PERTEX® QUANTUM and GORE-TEX® INFINIUM combining warmth and lightweight for the deeper winter.This part of the collection draws on decades of cultivated technical expertise from extreme sports and outdoor, and channels it into wearable and minimal pieces.

Technical materials are used for a progressive urban outerwear range: some of the highlights include the GORE-TEX® down jackets insulated with super warm KODENSHI® down, and the “Puffy” GORE-TEX® INFINIUM series insulated with the new marine recycled polyester insulation, an eco-friendly polyester created from plastic waste collected by local population in the beaches of Philippines and Indonesia.

The lineup includes the Light Warmer Jacket, made with lightweight, durable, and breathable PERTEX® QUANTUM AIR built for running and training in cold climates, renewed Compression Long Tights, realized with a new sewing technique that reduces chafing, and recycled nylon to reduce environmental impact.
