The second installment of the 2017 Sneaker Exchange is a transcontinental collaboration between two major Consortium partners – Sweden’s Sneakersnstuff and South Carolina’s Social Status.
After sharing and developing ideas, they present two models which reflect the changing role of sneakers, as sneaker history is clashed with luxurious trends in lifestyle, and athletic footwear is reimagined in monochrome luxury.
UltraBOOST gets the makeover in breathable grey/white melange Primeknit upper with leather overlays, and featuring a taped toe-tip and a soft matte suede cage.
The same BOOST™ and Primeknit attributes are applied to the Superstar, giving the old-school basketball silhouette advantages of today’s technology, with a flexible take on a late sixties hardwood classic.
The second release from the Sneaker Exchange launches exclusively at Sneakersnstuff and Social Status on February 8th with a global release February, 18th at No.42 Paris, No.74 Berlin and select Consortium accounts.
